Ordering

Send prescriptions by e-prescription or by fax to 866-817-5305. Each provider also receives their own login to our provider portal to place orders and track prescriptions. A pharmacist verifies every order.

Titration

Strengths and quantities that follow your titration plan, including smaller dose steps when you want them.

Patient instructions

Each box carries a QR code that opens our patient guide: step-by-step injection instructions, a video and a counseling sheet. Patients can also reach a pharmacist by phone.

Shipping

Our turnaround time is 24 hours. Orders ship to the patient in temperature-controlled packaging, with injection supplies where state law permits. On request, a patient-specific order, labeled with the patient’s name, can ship to your clinic instead.

Quality you can document

What stands behind each vial

  • Compounded under USP <797> in ISO Class 5 hoods inside ISO Class 7 cleanrooms, by a team led by board-certified pharmacists.
  • Every sterile batch is tested for sterility and endotoxins.
  • Potency is tested regularly and whenever the source of an active ingredient changes.
  • A certificate of analysis is available for every API lot and every batch.
  • Ingredients come from FDA-registered suppliers, and every preparation is traceable by lot.

Compounding within the rules

What helps us fill your prescriptions

Compounded medications are not FDA-approved, and FDA-approved GLP-1 medicines are the first choice for most patients. As a 503A pharmacy we compound for individual patients, and a few details on the prescription help us fill it without delay.

  • A valid prescription for an identified patient. We do not supply office stock.
  • When the preparation is similar to a commercially available product, a brief note of the patient’s clinical need is helpful, for example a dose step that is not commercially available or an ingredient the patient must avoid.
  • Patient name and date of birth, therapy, strength or concentration, dosage form, directions, quantity, refills and allergies.
  • A delivery address in a state where we hold a license. See States we serve.
