Every sterile batch is tested for sterility and endotoxins before release; potency is tested regularly and when an ingredient source changes; certificates of analysis for every API lot and batch on request.

Cash pricing set out in writing before you start. We do not pay for referrals or prescription volume, and we never dispense without a valid prescription for a named patient.
How it works
From registration to your first prescription
- Register your practice.Fill in the short form below: practice, your role, the states where you practice and the therapy areas you are interested in.
- We verify and set you up.A member of our team confirms your license, answers your questions, and creates your prescriber portal login. Most practices are set up within one business day.
- Send your first prescription.By e-prescription to AccuMix Pharmacy, Elmhurst, IL, by fax to 866-817-5305, or through the portal. Include the patient's name and date of birth, medication, strength, dosage form, directions, quantity, refills and allergies.
- We compound and ship.A pharmacist verifies the prescription, we prepare it for your patient, and it ships to the patient, or to your clinic for a named patient when you ask.
