Peptides & wellness
Peptides are short chains of amino acids that can act as signaling molecules in the body. Evidence differs by peptide and use; your prescriber decides whether a therapy is appropriate and how it should be monitored.
AccuMix compounds patient-specific prescriptions only after receiving a valid prescription. Compounded medications are prepared under federal and state regulations and USP standards; they are not reviewed or approved by the FDA.
Available now, by prescription
NAD+ — nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide, a coenzyme found in every cell.
Sermorelin — a 29-amino-acid analog of growth hormone–releasing hormone (GHRH).
Oxytocin nasal spray — a compounded intranasal form of the hormone oxytocin.
Aesthetic & Anti-Aging Blends — Custom topical and (where appropriate) injectable preparations intended to support collagen stimulation, skin tone/elasticity, and appearance-focused goals—prepared to the formula your prescriber orders.
In development: glutathione and GHK-Cu topical cream. Our team is completing formulation and testing work. We will list them here when they are available to dispense.
How it is prepared: Each prescription is compounded for an individual patient, in the dosage form your prescriber orders. Exact directions appear on your label.
Peptides under FDA review: not yet available
Status as of October 2026. On July 23–24, 2026, FDA’s Pharmacy Compounding Advisory Committee voted to recommend six peptides for the list of bulk drug substances that 503A pharmacies may compound. That vote is a recommendation. FDA has not yet acted on it.
AccuMix does not compound or dispense these six peptides today, and we do not accept prescriptions or pre-orders for them. We are actively preparing the infrastructure so that we are ready if FDA accepts the committee’s recommendation. Dispensing will begin only if and when FDA permits it.

- KPVA three-amino-acid peptide (lysine, proline, valine) derived from alpha-MSH.Recommended by the committee. Pending FDA action.
- MOTS-cA 16-amino-acid peptide encoded in mitochondrial DNA.Recommended by the committee. Pending FDA action.
- EpitalonA synthetic four-amino-acid peptide.Recommended by the committee. Pending FDA action.

None of these peptides is an FDA-approved drug, and human clinical evidence for them is limited. Nothing on this page is a claim that they are safe or effective for any condition.
Common questions about these six peptides
Can AccuMix fill a prescription for BPC-157 or TB-500 today?
No. These peptides are not currently eligible for compounding by 503A pharmacies. We will not dispense them until FDA permits it.
Didn’t FDA’s advisory committee approve them?
The committee voted in July 2026 to recommend six peptides. Advisory votes are not binding. FDA must still decide, and has not announced a timeline.
When will they be available?
We don’t know. It depends on FDA. We will update this page when the status changes. Providers who want an update can email info@accumixrx.com.
Do you sell “research use only” peptides?
No. AccuMix is a licensed pharmacy. Everything we dispense is compounded for an individual patient on a prescription.

Who is this for?

- Use only under the care of a licensed prescriber; do not change dose without guidance.
- Discuss your medications, allergies, and conditions (especially pregnancy/breastfeeding, autoimmune disease, liver/kidney issues).
- Potential effects vary by therapy; your prescriber will review expected benefits, possible side effects, and monitoring (labs/visits).
