How it works
What a state license means for you
A pharmacy must hold a license or permit in each state it ships to. That is why the delivery address decides whether we can fill a prescription.
Patients
If you live in a licensed state, ask your prescriber to send your prescription to AccuMix Pharmacy. No prescriber yet? Contact us and we can coordinate with a licensed telehealth provider in your state.
Providers and clinics
Send prescriptions by e-prescription or fax for patients in licensed states. Clinic-administered preparations, such as allergy shot vial sets and IV formulas, ship to your clinic for the named patient. See Providers.

Common questions about shipping and licensing
Do you ship to my state?
If your state is in the “licensed now” list above, yes. If it is listed as in process, not yet.
What decides whether you can fill my prescription?
The address the medication is delivered to. It must be in a state where AccuMix Pharmacy holds a license.
My state is listed as in process. Can I order ahead?
No. We begin dispensing to a state only after its license is issued. Check back here, or email info@accumixrx.com to ask about your state.
Do you ship every medication to every licensed state?
Most, but not all. Some states have additional rules for certain medications, including controlled substances such as testosterone. Call 866-817-5303 and we will confirm for your state.
How quickly do orders ship?
Our turnaround time is 24 hours. Delivery time then depends on the carrier and the destination. Medications that need refrigeration ship in temperature-controlled packaging.
How can I confirm a pharmacy is licensed?
Each state board of pharmacy offers a public license lookup. You can also call us at 866-817-5303, Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM Central.
Licensing status as of October 2026. AccuMix Pharmacy is a 503A compounding pharmacy. Compounded medications are not reviewed or approved by the FDA, and we dispense only on a valid prescription for an individual patient.
