Sildenafil (generic Viagra®)

Tadalafil (generic Cialis®)
Longer-acting option that can provide sustained effect and flexible timing, compounded to your prescriber’s specifications.
We do not publish proprietary strengths or titration templates. Exact directions appear on your prescription label.
Optional, by prescriber direction: If your clinician recommends intracavernosal therapy (e.g., combination injections), AccuMix can compound per protocol and include supplies where permitted by state law.

Who is this for?
Your clinician may consider compounded options when a commercial product is not tolerated, not available, requires a different dose/route, or when a custom combination is appropriate for your goals. Your prescriber determines eligibility, dose, and follow-up plan.
Safety & expectations (patient education)
- Do not use sildenafil or tadalafil with nitrates (e.g., nitroglycerin) or riociguat; discuss alpha-blocker use and cardiovascular status with your prescriber.
- Possible effects with PDE5 inhibitors can include headache, flushing, nasal congestion, dyspepsia; topical products may cause localized warmth or tingling.
- Use only as prescribed; do not change dose without clinician guidance. If you experience chest pain, severe dizziness, vision changes, or an erection lasting >4 hours, seek emergency care.
- Follow label storage (e.g., keep topicals capped, store oral meds in a dry place; follow cold-chain instructions if applicable). Keep out of reach of children and pets.
